As Director of West Yorkshire Print Workshop, I lead the development of this artist-led membership organisation and National Portfolio Organisation (NPO), championing printmaking and its place within contemporary visual arts. I provide strategic and organisational leadership, supporting the team, artists and members while developing the organisation and strengthening its role as a centre for printmaking.

Arts Council Collection

Senior Curator, 2003–2021

As Senior Curator of the Arts Council Collection, the UK’s largest loan collection of British art, I led the sculpture collection and oversaw facilities, operations and teams based at Longside, Yorkshire Sculpture Park. My responsibilities included collection care, lending, digitisation, and the operational management of a substantial fine art store housing works in a diverse range of materials. I produced and delivered many national touring exhibitions and developed interpretation and learning programmes, working with artists, galleries, museums and other partners across the UK.
